After going vegan overnight more than a decade ago, I spent countless hours in the kitchen struggling to feed myself and my non vegan family. Instead of looking forward to family time together, I found myself dreading the daily question, “What’s for dinner?”
I stressed over how to prepare healthy, homemade meals that would work for my vegan diet, my omnivore family and ever changing picky eaters. As a busy, working mom with no end in sight to the dinner grind, I pleaded with the Universe:
“There has to be an easier way!”

She is the founder of Vegan Dinner Club, a weekly vegan meal prep membership with options for non vegans so you can feed the whole family with one meal. Stephanie is also the award-winning author of the vegan picture books, Not A Nugget and Not A Purse, (both available on Amazon).
